 ancet study in which he identified a novel inflammatory bowel disease. The
  paper suggested a link between the MMR vaccine\, intestinal inflammation\
 , and neurological injury in children. But Dr. Wakefield’s pursuit of th
 e truth cost him his job in the Department of Medicine at London&#39\;s Ro
 yal Free Hospital\, along with his country\, career\, fellowships\, and me
 dical license. He has since been proven right.\n\nWakefield is now an awar
 d-winning filmmaker. His first documentary\, Who Killed Alex Spourdalakis?
 \, made American legal history by changing the outcome of a case of allege
 d murder. He produced\, directed and co-wrote VAXXED\, a CDC whistleblower
