Beware of School and Daycare Misinformation

Beware of School and Daycare Misinformation

CHD Minnesota has been assisting parents to counter illegal acts by school districts and daycares that do not follow the law on vaccine record requirements.

Minnesota law requires that schools and most licensed daycares collect vaccine records.  A vaccine record is either a legal exemption form, or a list of vaccines your child has received (or both, if you are choosing only some of the recommended vaccines).

The purpose of school is to teach, and the purpose of daycare is to provide care.  These entities are NOT qualified to tell you what vaccines your child should receive!  They cannot legally tell you your child is “due” or “overdue” or “missing” shots.  Their only duty is to collect the paperwork – period.

The law also requires that any written communication on vaccine record requirements MUST include exemption options.  Although vaccine manufacturers and doctors cannot be sued for injuries and deaths caused by vaccines, schools and daycares that break this law are open to being sued if a child is injured by vaccines their parents had been falsely told were “required”.

Many employees don’t understand the law, and often misrepresent it to parents.  These employees include school nurses and daycare directors.  Following are two examples:

Parents in the Thief River Falls School District notified us that the district is still printing unlawful information in a student handbook.  This district’s superintendent was notified over a year ago that a middle school nurse was sending letters to parents that did not conform to the law.  Specifically, the letters stated that students “cannot return to school if these shots are not obtained by” a certain date.  The letters were titled “MISSING IMMUNIZATIONS”, had a threatening tone, and contained no mention of legal exemptions.

A trusting parent may assume the district is accurately representing the legal requirements and believe they cannot send their child to school if they haven’t received vaccines.  Unfortunately, this type of misinformation is spread in school districts all over our state.  The screenshot below is from page 7 of the current handbook, and again contains no mention of exemptions:

Another recent situation was reported to us by Rochelle, a mother who was at the time an employee of The Family Child Development Center in Plymouth.  Rochelle wanted to enroll her daughter in childcare there.

Upon requesting an exemption form, Rochelle was given unsolicited medical advice by the director of the daycare, who urged her to look up measles and polio statistics.  Rochelle responded that they had already done their research and had decided not to vaccinate.

Rochelle was then told that Family Child Development Center had a different policy for unvaccinated children, and that if the baby got a fever, she would have to stay home and would not be allowed back until she was seen and cleared by a physician.

Rochelle requested proof of the policy and was told it was in the parent handbook.  Nowhere in the handbook does it say that having a fever requires a doctor’s approval for return to daycare, nor that the policy for non-vaccinated children is different than for vaccinated children.

Even more disturbing, on page 33 it says:

“FCDC reserves the right to exclude any child that is under immunized if a vaccine-preventable disease to which children are susceptible occurs in the program.”

This statement is not true!  Under the law, this provider does NOT have the right to exclude children based on vaccination status.

It’s also important to point out that these entities and public health officials misleadingly use the term “immunized” when they are speaking of whether a child has been vaccinated.  The common practice of using the two terms interchangeably is to plant the assurance that “vaccinated” equals “immune”, which is false.  FCDC also uses the term “vaccine-preventable disease”, but there is no guarantee that any vaccines prevent disease.

In fact, the FDA recently admitted:

“FDA’S LICENSURE STANDARDS FOR VACCINES DO NOT REQUIRE DEMONSTRATION OF THE PREVENTION OF INFECTION OR TRANSMISSION”.

This stunning revelation (hidden on page 8 within a mountain of bureaucratic language) was provided after a petition was filed with the FDA to change the package inserts and labeling of acellular pertussis vaccines.  So – by FDA’s own standards, there is no such thing as a “vaccine-preventable disease”.  A child who was vaccinated can get and spread disease as much or even more than a non-vaccinated child.  But the FDA and CDC will do anything to keep the public from knowing this.

For further information about this petition and other critical facts regarding vaccines, we recommend all Minnesotans watch the presentation by brilliant Civil Rights attorney, Aaron Siri.  Our friends at Vaccine Safety Council of Minnesota hosted Mr. Siri for an eye-opening presentation in September.

Please share this video with your elected officials now!

During the current legislative session, you can track key vaccine-related bills at VSCM’s Action Center

We also recommend following the Substack of Team Humanity, where stories of injured Minnesotans are shared.  Most of these stories are from adults who were harmed by coerced vaccination and/or lack of informed consent.  But it’s important for parents to know that people of all ages are being harmed by vaccines and that their truth is being censored.

In summary, US regulatory agencies cannot be trusted on vaccine safety.  Parents must be vigilant, stand strong and know the laws to protect their children.  There are many subtle (and illegal) ways schools and daycare providers push their own agenda on Minnesotans.  And by providing false information, these entities can contribute to the harm of a child.  True informed consent for any medical procedure is crucial, especially when it comes to products given to children.

GET READY – CHD’s “Vax-UnVax” bus is coming to Minnesota on May 31st, 2024!

Please join us for an all-day gathering (10:00 am to 6:00 pm), where families can come to sign the bus, visit our vendors, and fellowship with other Minnesotans who are fighting for our children’s health.

A very limited number of people will be interviewed on the bus by CHD TV’s Polly Tommy.  If you or a loved one experienced a vaccine injury or death/injury by COVID protocols and would like to tell your story, send your contact information and a brief summary of your experience to mn.chd@childrenshealthdefense.org

CHD Minnesota is also holding our first fundraising dinner the prior evening, May 30th, and are pleased to report that our keynote speaker will be Dr. Pierre Kory, author of “The War on Ivermectin”.

The location for both events is Brookhall Event Center, located at 11930 Central Ave NE in Blaine, MN.  Check our website and social media for more information as it becomes available.  Ticket sales for the dinner will be live soon!

Thank you for standing with us to protect the health of our kids.  CHD Minnesota is an all-volunteer chapter of Children’s Health Defense, a 501©(3) non-profit organization.  Your generosity helps us to continue to fight for Minnesota’s children!
